Collecting and eliminating food by-products from your rotisserie oven is fast and easy with the Alto-Shaam 5012800 drip pan trolley. Featuring a convenient mobile design, the trolley rolls beneath your oven where waste drains into the trolley's tank through a telescoping drain line. From there, you can easily maneuver the trolley to your facility's waste disposal site to empty the tank. Because the tank is large and the drain system is enclosed, you won't have to empty it after each batch of chicken or other meat, or be exposed to dangerously hot grease. When it's not in the use, the tank stores beneath the rotisserie oven, meaning that your kitchen space is used efficiently and that the tank is readily available when needed. For ultimate convenience, this grease collection process does not require supervision, giving employees more time to attend to other necessary kitchen tasks.
