Manual controls make using the unit as simple as turning control knobs for time, temperature, and steam adjustment. The timer can be set for up to 2 hours, powering off when the set amount of time passes, or it can be put into continuous-on mode so that you can monitor your food manually for longer periods of time. The temperature can be adjusted from 200 to approximately 540 degrees Fahrenheit to give you the output needed for a wide variety of menu items, while a steam adjustment knob allows you inject 0-100% steam to keep your foods moist and minimize shrinkage.
