For superior heat retention, each countertop oven is fully insulated with an easy-to-clean, heavy gauge type 430 stainless steel exterior and a heat tolerant, aluminized steel interior. Two independently controlled incloy-heating elements provide top and bottom heat for perfectly balanced baking results between 284 and 680 degrees Fahrenheit. The Bakers Pride PX-14 all purpose electric countertop oven comes complete with a 13 1/4"W x 13 7/8"D slide-out, nickel-chrome plated wire baking rack with a heat resistant handle. For easy cleanup, a pull-out steel crumb tray keeps your countertops crumb-free. Includes black phenolic legs. It requires a 208-240V electrical connection.
