This Bakers Pride PX-16 all purpose electric countertop oven is ideal for baking, warming, and finishing pretzels, cookies, par-baked products, sushi, hot wings, and much more! For superior heat retention, each countertop oven is fully insulated with an easy-to-clean, heavy gauge type 430 stainless steel exterior and a heat tolerant, aluminized steel interior. Two independently controlled incloy-heating elements provide top and bottom heat for perfectly balanced baking results between 284 and 680 degrees Fahrenheit. The Bakers Pride PX-16 all purpose electric countertop oven comes complete with a 17 5/8"W x 17 7/8"D slide-out, nickel-chrome plated wire baking rack with a heat resistant handle. For easy cleanup, a pull-out steel crumb tray keeps your countertops crumb-free. Includes black phenolic legs. It requires a 120V electrical connection.
