Boasting 7.5 kW in total and (2) 9" high baking compartments, this oven offers you the ability to bake or cook a wide variety of foods in a compact, countertop size footprint. The double deck design even allows you to cook 2 different products simultaneously! With drop down doors and heavy chrome plated tubular steel door handles, you'll have an easy time transferring products to and from each oven's cooking cavity. For optimal temperature retention and energy conservation, this oven features 1" high mineral fiber insulation at the top, back, sides, and bottom. The baking compartments are lined with aluminized steel, and a total of 6 tubular type heaters combined with Cordierite decks provide quick and efficient heating throughout each compartment. The solid state digital display controls are user-friendly and have a temperature range of 150-500 degrees Fahrenheit, and thanks to the 12 hour timers and audible alarms, you'll be able to focus on other kitchen tasks without worrying about your delicious, slow-roasting products burning in the oven. The stainless steel front, sides, and top allow for ease of cleaning, resilience, and increased corrosion resistance. For added convenience, the adjustable 4" legs allow for leveling.
