For optimal temperature retention and energy conservation, this oven features 1" high mineral fiber insulation at the top, back, sides, and bottom. The baking compartment is lined with aluminized steel, and 3 tubular type heaters combined with a Cordierite deck provide quick and efficient heating throughout the compartment. The solid state digital display control is user-friendly and has a temperature range of 150-500 degrees Fahrenheit, and thanks to the 12 hour timer and audible alarm, you'll be able to focus on other kitchen tasks without worrying about your delicious, slow-roasting products burning in the oven.
