Plus, they each hold a total of 1,500 recipes with up to 15 different steps per recipe. Recipes can be grouped and uploaded with matching photos. These combi ovens' quick-select recipe feature allows you to save up to 81 of your favorite recipes on the homepage with 9 thumbnails per page. These units feature 5 cooking modes including injection steam, Delta-T cooking, cook and hold, recipe, and steam on-demand. Their MenuPlanner feature has a simple drag-and-drop interface, allowing you to cook different items unsupervised at the same time. With up to 10 integrated timers and automatic notifications, this feature ensures efficient, precise, and on-time cooking consistency. These ovens also offer a SmartChef feature, which allows you to input a type of food and the cooking method and temperature to automatically guide you to a great result.
