These units feature 5 cooking modes including injection steam, Delta-T cooking, cook and hold, recipe, and steam on-demand. Their MenuPlanner feature has a simple drag-and-drop interface, allowing you to cook different items unsupervised at the same time. With up to 10 integrated timers and automatic notifications, this feature ensures efficient, precise, and on-time cooking consistency.
