This stand's stainless steel top, equipped with locator pins for mounting, is durable, easy to clean, and designed to direct heat from the convection oven away from the combi oven. (4) 3" heavy-duty swivel casters (2 with brakes) make it easy to move your stand -- and your combi oven steamer -- around your kitchen for convenience and easy cleaning. Corner gussets offer additional rigidity to ensure that your equipment won't go anywhere. This Convotherm CBST61042CA 42" stacking stand is compatible with all Convotherm 6.20 combi oven models.
