This unit has a maximum operating pressure of 150 PSI and a maximum operating temperature of 120 degrees Fahrenheit. It boasts a flow rate of 21 GPM and a capacity of 32,000 grains of hardness. This water softener system includes a Pentair Fleck 5800 metered control valve, a turbulator, and a brine tank grid plate. The Pentair Fleck 5800 metered control valve is an economical unit that operates on-demand for optimum salt usage and regeneration. It is crafted with fiber-reinforced polymer and mounts to a 2 1/2" base. While in the process of regeneration, the turbulator stirs up resin beads, maximizing efficiency and increasing the removal of minerals. The turbulator is contained in a vessel with a durable inner shell of polyethylene. The brining is made consistent by the brine tank grid plate, which reduces salt bridging and supports regeneration. The brine tank grid plate is made with high-density polyethylene. Plus, the brine tank comes with a shut off switch to avoid overflow. This unit has a resin volume of 1 cu. ft.
