Cres Cor 0848-109-1 3" Temperature Probe with 28" Cord

Use this Cres Cor 0848-109-1 3" temperature probe to add or replace a probe in select Cres Cor undercounter, half height, or stacked cooking equipment. The probe connects to a port at the top of your oven and features a 28" cord, giving you plenty of length to insert the bulb end of the probe into your food products while they are cooking. This allows you to measure the internal temperature of your food without opening the door. The 3" probe is the perfect size for vegetables and side dishes. Make sure to sanitize your probes in between use, and keep a few extra on hand so you will always have one available when you use your Cres Cor equipment.
