A powerful 4700W electric output allows for reheating of prepared meals or bulk items with incredible ease, while a large and easy-to-read LED digital display ensures precise food temperatures. The internal temperature can be set between 140 and 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Thanks to a non-vented design and spacious interior, users can roast and hold over 120 lb. of meat at one time. Stainless steel construction adds long-lasting durability, and smooth coved interior corners prevent food particle and grease build-up to make the unit easy to clean at all times. A series of channel pan slides will hold standard-sized 18" x 26" pans on 3" centers without tipping, and three wire raised wire grids are included. This oven is fitted with an insulated door to prevent temperature loss, while a silicone door gasket is provided for a proper seal. An integrated high temperature and antimicrobial latch delivers easy-open functionality and protection against germs. For increased mobility, four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters are supplied, including two with brakes.
