With the standard controls, this model features a digital LED control module that is both easy to read and easy to understand. The maximum temperature of this oven is 350 degrees Fahrenheit and, since the unit has a large temperature display, you can easily see what the set point is for the interior of the oven compartment. Plus, the controls are located at the top of the unit for easy access and to keep them out of the way of accidental bumps, drips, or spills. For long-lasting durability and a professional appearance, this oven is made entirely with stainless steel. On the inside, it features coved corners so you can easily clean out spills, drips, or crumbs at the end of the day. On the outside, the cabinet has an integral drip trough to help make sure that any condensation collects in the drip pan and not on your floor. This helps to prevent slipping hazards to make sure your employees stay safe. Plus, this oven also has 5" heavy-duty swivel casters that allow you to easily move the oven for cleaning or maintenance.
