Give customers a hassle-free caffeine boost with this Curtis TC-7HK 7 gallon iced coffee/cold brew dispenser with strainer and filtration! This convenient coffee dispenser allows you to both brew and serve your iced coffee using the same vessel, a must-have item for busy caterers and baristas! It's also great for increasing impulse sales at grocery or convenience stores, simply place the unit near your register and allow guests to help themselves to a cup of cold brew on the rocks as they check out. For operator convenience, this unit comes with one reusable nylon coffee strainer and 50 one-time use paper filters. Making your signature cold brew in this unit is easy! Simply place the strainer inside the tank, insert a filter, and add 5 pounds of medium to dark coarsely ground coffee. Slowly pour one gallon of water in a circular motion over the coffee grounds, until they are all evenly saturated. Tie the paper filter closed using the included string, taking care to leave room for the grounds to expand as they percolate. Pour 3 more gallons of water over top the closed filter, and allow the coffee to steep for 12-16 hours. When it's ready, simply remove the strainer and filter and allow the coffee concentrate to drain into the tank. Add more water according to the strength of coffee desired, and serve over ice. Comprised of durable, food-grade stainless steel, this coffee dispenser is built to withstand the hustle and bustle of a commercial environment. It also won't rust or corrode, so you don't have to worry about placing it near other hot beverage equipment that produces constant steam or heat throughout the day.
