This artisan stone deck oven features (3) 8" high baking chambers with 1" thick refractory stone decks for even heat distribution, and each can accommodate up to (3) 18" x 26" sheet pans full of your best baked goods. Innovative electronic controls for each deck let you master every part of the baking process; adjust baking time or even the temperature on the top, bottom, and front of the oven decks.
