This artisan stone deck oven features an 8" high baking chamber with a 1" thick refractory stone deck for even heat distribution, and it can accommodate up to (4) 18" x 26" sheet pans full of your best baked goods. Innovative electronic controls let you master every part of the baking process; adjust baking time or even the temperature on the top, bottom, and front of the oven deck.
