Fernco® NH-22 2" Standard-Duty No-Hub Coupling

This Fernco® NH-22 2" standard-duty no-hub coupling allows you to easily connect no-hub cast iron pipes for long-lasting performance without the need for traditional hubs and spigot joints. This coupling features a patented bi-directional shield design that provides maximum transfer of pressure from the clamps to the gasket and pipe. It has a 2" connection size, and the bi-directional corrugation shield seals pressure in parallel and transverse patterns on the gasket and pipe for a reliable seal. The beaded gasket consists of an elastomeric compound with strategically positioned grooves and beads. When tightened, the shield attaches to the grooves, boasting exceptional sealing pressure and holding power. Additionally, the two included clamps have a one-piece screw housing that mechanically interlocks to the band, eliminating any leak paths. The floating eyelets fasten the clamps to the shield, allowing the clamp, band, and shield to move independently and preventing the shield from crimping and future leakage.
