It is used to prevent solid waste from entering and clogging the drain, as well as preventing other debris such as floating bags or rags from creating blockages. Boasting an exceptional performance, this tool protects your drain from debris that would normally clog or damage a P-trap. For ultimate durability, this drain lock is built with a glass-filled polypropylene base and a cast aluminum dome top. Plus, it has a tamperproof bolt that can only be removed with a T45 Torx (sold separately) security key to prevent unauthorized removal.
