It features plastic food-zone components that are dishwasher-safe up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Each piece simply snaps in and out for cleaning. Plus, the entire unit disassembles in just minutes. This design eliminates hard-to-reach nooks and crannies, making it easy to wipe down the machine. The front-facing evaporator also simplifies cleaning. This unit features a remote-cooled design, and it operates using R-449A refrigerant.
