John Guest® PI0806S 3/16" Gray Acetal Push-To-Connect Plug

Install a safe and reliable water distribution system with this John Guest® gray acetal plug. Made with a durable gray acetal copolymer body, this fitting is perfect for use in potable water tubing systems like ice machines, water dispensers, and faucets, as well as air and inert gas applications including pneumatics, vacuums, or moving CO2 and nitrogen through beverage gas lines. This plug easily inserts into the port of a John Guest® push-to-connect fitting to provide a simple end cap, and it fits 3/16" fittings. Quick and easy to install with no special tools needed, this fitting utilizes a unique push-to-connect design. After the plug is pushed into a compatible fitting and up to the tube stop, 301 stainless steel teeth grip onto it to hold it in position. Meanwhile, a collet also grips on before a food grade nitrile O-ring compresses around the plug for a leak-free seal.
