John Guest® PI481022S 5/16" x 1/4" NPTF Gray Acetal Push-To-Connect Fixed Elbow

Made with a durable gray acetal copolymer body, this fitting is perfect for use in potable water tubing systems like ice machines, water dispensers, and faucets, as well as air and inert gas applications including pneumatics, vacuums, or moving CO2 and nitrogen through beverage gas lines. This fixed elbow provides a simple transition from plastic or copper pipe to a female NPT threaded connection, and it fits 5/16" and 1/4" pipes. Quick and easy to install with no special tools needed, this fitting utilizes a unique push-to-connect design. After the tubing is pushed into the fitting and up to the tube stop, the 301 stainless steel teeth grip onto the pipe to hold it in position.
