This all-in-one station is equipped to help you complete orders from start to finish in the most efficient way possible by keeping everything you need within reach. It is constructed of durable and reliable stainless steel to withstand harsh commercial environments. The stainless steel construction makes cleaning a breeze, ensuring the unit can be used to its fullest potential. This unit offers exceptional working space and storage to help expedite orders at your high-volume establishment. Under the counter, a mobile cart with an 18" x 30" stainless steel working surface fits perfectly beneath the prep station. Use this cart as a secondary prep unit, for extra storage, or to help transport items like dirty dishes to be washed. The cart is equipped with 4 casters, 2 with brakes, to lock the cart into place under the prep station when it is not in use. This unit is also equipped with a SmartWall storage system kit. The SmartWall comes with a 40" track that can hold up to 250 lb. when mounted to wood studs. The wire shelves and grids feature an antimicrobial coating to ward off bacteria, mold, mildew, and fungi that may cause odors, stains, and degradation. Mounting hardware sold separately.
