This unit comes with four polyurethane swivel casters so you can easily maneuver the unit for cleaning, while two of them lock to keep the unit securely in place during use. The polyurethane casters can hold up to 300 lb. more than rubber casters, and have a greater resistance to oil and grease. The four open wire shelves provide maximum air circulation and product visibility, and can be adjusted at 1" intervals along the entire height of the unit. A nickel-chrome finish and a protective lacquer coating will keep your shelves looking great even after heavy use.
