The included stainless steel sieve automatically separates liquid from seeds and skin. Uniquely designed, this sieve is particularly great for making purees and mousses! This sieve comes with a 3/4 hp motor for outstanding power, simple push-button controls that make it easy to use, and a 1/32" perforated basket. The stainless steel legs and rubber feet also help it stay in place on worktables.
