This paddle is a HACCP essential component and is perfect for rapidly cooling soups and other foods that can't go into a blast chiller. Innovative cooling fins provide maximum surface area for faster chilling to reduce the amount of time foods are in the temperature danger zone. It also has a wide temperature range from -20 degrees Fahrenheit to 195 degrees Fahrenheit. To use, simply fill the paddle with water to the line and then freeze it. Place directly into piping hot liquids to cool quickly and evenly. Cooling like this helps to minimize the time that foods remain in the dangerous temperature zone where there is potential for harmful bacteria growth.This rapid cooling paddle has a smooth exterior that not only makes it easy to remove foods to reduce waste, but also makes it easy to clean and sanitize.
