SharkBiteTM U3020LF 1" x 1" Brass Push-To-Connect Slip Coupling

Install a safe and reliable water distribution system with this SharkBiteTM slip coupling. Made with a DZR brass body that prevents corrosion and cracking, this fitting is perfect for use in commercial and residential plumbing when installing potable water or radiant heating systems above or underground, as well as behind walls. This coupling can be used to quickly and easily connect two pieces of copper or CPVC tubing, and it fits 1" pipes. Ideal for making quick repairs and removing up to 2" of damaged pipe, it can even be installed on wet lines for hassle-free installation. Simple to install with no special tools or materials needed, this coupling is ideal for use in tight spaces and utilizes a unique push-to-connect design. After securely passing through a release collar, the stainless steel grab ring features teeth that bite onto the pipe for a leak-free connection. Meanwhile, the EPDM rubber O-ring protector compresses around and aligns the pipe for a watertight seal. This coupling has a max working temperature of 200 degrees Fahrenheit and a max working pressure of 200 PSI.
