Install a safe and reliable water distribution system with this SharkBiteTM white PEX-B tubing coil. Made from crosslinked polyethylene, this tubing is perfect for use in commercial and residential plumbing when installing hot and cold potable water systems above or underground, even buried under concrete. It can also be used for fire protection installations or when distributing water to municipal water service lines, as well as in radiant heating systems and geothermal ground loops. Incredibly flexible, this coil can bend up to 8 times its outside diameter, making it quick and simple to install with fewer required connections needed, while also greatly reducing the chance of leaks. This PEX-B tubing provides excellent chlorine and condensation resistance, as well as 6 months of UV resistance, and it won't corrode or collect minerals over time. Plus, while typical copper or CPVC systems can burst during freezes, this tubing can easily expand, contract, and resists damage in frigid temperatures. It even has a higher thermal resistance that allows hot water lines to stay hotter for longer. Not to mention, this tubing dampens sound rather than amplifying it, giving you a water distribution system that is as quiet as it is trustworthy! This tubing is compatible with SharkBiteTM universal push-to-connect ASSE 1061, SharkBiteTM EvoPEX®, plastic barb ASTM F2159, and brass barb ASTM F1807 fitting systems, and it fits 1" pipes. It has a minimum working temperature of 33 degrees Fahrenheit and a maximum working temperature of 200 degrees Fahrenheit, while its maximum working pressure is 160 PSI. This tubing coil can conveniently be installed in wet or dry conditions; just be sure to leave some slack between supports to account for temperature contractions.
