Use this Sioux Chief ZipStick pipe hanger as a reliable way to support DWV piping. This hanger is ideal for hanging DWV pipes, wrapped or insulated pipe, bundles of PEX, cable, and wiring, and for supporting vent pipes. The universal cradle accommodates pipes ranging from 1" CTS to 6" IPS. It boasts a strong, rigid I-beam design. The high-heat polypropylene strap has a releasable locking mechanism to securely hold the pipe in place. Plus, the graduated numerals at the nail ways to ensure easy measuring. This unit is preloaded with 2 zinc-plated, rust-resistant continuous ring-shank nails to provide a permanent hold. It has a body made of durable ABS plastic that is UV-, corrosion-, and impact-resistant. It is 26" long but it can be snapped or cut to create a shorter stem for tight spaces. If a larger length is required, it can be paired with a stainless steel L-bracket and additional straps (sold separately). This unit is impact-resistant down to 0 degrees Fahrenheit, and it can withstand continuous temperatures of up to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. It has a maximum load rating of 50 lb. at 32 to 72 degrees Fahrenheit and up to 25 lb. at 140 degrees Fahrenheit. It comes with (2) #8 × 1" zinc-plated hex screws.
