This label applicator is designed to apply an L-Clip seal onto small boxes or cartons, and it is ideal for boxes wider than 2 1/2". It works with die-cut labels and wafer seals, applying them from the side to the bottom of a box for secure sealing. This makes it ideal for packing small boxes for pharmaceutical, medical, and food service applications. This applicator operates at a label speed of 120" inches per minute. Boasting a simple design, this unit is easy to load and operate without requiring special training. Once the machine is prepped for use, simply push your box along the top plate and it will apply the label. It will automatically feed the next one into position to prepare for an upcoming cycle. Thanks to the easily adjustable product fixture, this machine ensures proper, consistent label placement every time. It also includes digital length adjustment and a digital cycle counter. This applicator fits labels from 3/8" to 1 1/2" wide and 3/4" to 1 1/2" long. It accommodates label rolls up to 9 3/4" in diameter on a 3" core.
