Each group includes its own respective touch control boxes that let you select from 4 different dosing options, a start/stop button, customizable programming, and a cleaning function. The unit can dispense a single or double espresso with 1 or 2 cups at a time, or users can choose the manual continuous flow option. A single spout and double-spout portafilter are included so you can optionally pour 2 cups from the same group. The EASYLOCK system creates a perfect seal with a simple twist of the handle so your portafilters do not leak or lose pressure. LED lighting on the group head illuminates the tray grid for increased visibility. A large 10.1 liter copper boiler utilizes a pressure sensor management system and PID temperature control to ensure that heat and pressure are always maintained and optimal for a perfect shot of espresso. An integrated shot display lets you time your shot so you know if you need to tweak settings to slow down or speed up the pour. Two steam wands allow you to steam and froth milk to make espressos and lattes, while a hot water dispenser gives you the option of serving teas or cocoas. With stainless steel construction, this machine is both durable and sleek in appearance for an attractive front-of-house look. An overheating safety thermostat and safety valve on the internal boiler help prevent potential burns from occurring.
