It is designed to tailor the rotisserie specifically for use with chicken and includes 12 stainless steel chicken bell choirs and 4 stainless steel utensil racks. Each choir consists of 3 stainless steel chicken bells strung together in a vertical line to hold the chicken in place and can cook up to 3 chickens at a time. The stainless steel utensil racks have built-in hooks to hang raw or cooked product, and they easily slide onto sheet pan cart shelves (sold separately).
