Get the most out of your rotisserie with this Wood Stone full accessory kit. This kit is compatible with Wood Stone Whatcom gas vertical rotisseries (sold separately). It is designed to expand the versatility of the rotisserie, allowing it to be used for ribs, chicken, fish, vegetables, and skewers. It includes a utility basket, a large protein basket, a small protein basket, (6) 3-prong rib hooks, 4 chicken bell choirs, 4 skewers, and 4 utensil racks. The stainless steel rib hooks consist of 3 prongs that hold the meat in place. Each hook can accommodate baby back ribs up to 1.5 lb., St. Louis ribs up to 2 lb., and salmon fillets up to 3 lb. Each choir consists of 3 stainless steel chicken bells strung together in a vertical line to hold the chicken in place and can cook up to 3 chickens at a time. The stainless steel utility basket provides an additional 400 sq. in. of cooking volume for sausages, vegetables, fish, and chicken wings. The stainless steel protein baskets are both adjustable and can hold a wide variety of foods up to 20" in length. The stainless steel skewers feature a rod, S hook, and keeper clip to keep meat secure. At 23" long, it can hold product with up to 2 1/4" radius while utilizing all hooks on the GVR. The stainless steel utensil racks have built-in hooks to hang raw or cooked product, and they easily slide onto sheet pan cart shelves (sold separately).
